Your initial complimentary consultation involves an introduction to our expert Design Manager, who will aid in clarifying your ideas, needs, budget, and objectives. After you have submitted your deposit, our architect and design team will meet with you to gather a comprehensive brief on your new home needs and wish list. Subsequently, our architect will start sketching your dream home and present you with a conceptual floor plan. We will also organise a site visit to better understand the location that will soon become your home. A thorough site and planning analysis will be conducted to prepare for the estimated costs of your construction.

An initial project estimate will be furnished at this stage. We will also provide recommendations for value management to help with the design and construction feasibility of your project. Your preliminary estimate will include all items discussed so far.

A small works contract will now be set up, and we will continue with the creation of documentation, covering working drawings, engineering, and any specific client requirements and selections. Once all documentation is in order, we will advance to finalizing your project’s pricing.

Choosing colors is the next step. Committed to excellent results, we include professional interior design assistance to help finalise your decisions. Furthermore, we will organise your meetings with our appliance suppliers.

We present the final documentation—including working drawings, engineering, and other pertinent documents—along with the final selections and pricing. With client approval secured, we sign a new homes contract and launch into the most exciting stage of your project.
