OUR PROCESS

INITIAL CONSULTATION

We understand that a project vision often begins with a range of ideas, and more than one stakeholder. Our initial free consultation is conducted by a senior team member that will listen to your vision, budget parameters and constraints.

OUR RESPONSE

Following your initial consultation, we have another complimentary “working paper” session where we draw on the information from your initial consultation to put together a first draft of your new development. At this stage, you have the flexibility to add, alter or remove elements of your proposed design.

THE SKETCH PLANNING PHASE

At this stage, you will sign a construction contract, and our design team will develop a series of sketch plans that will form the basis of the construction you have in mind. These drawings will also be mindful of economic, structural, environmental and regulatory requirements and we will present them to you for your further consideration and analysis.

DESIGN REFINEMENT

Next is an intensive part of the process which will require a number of detailed design meetings with Varcon’s specialists designated to your project. Elements that will be discussed include light and shade, seasonal changes, human traffic flows and necessary space, environmental and safety issues.

INTERIOR FITTINGS AND FINISHES

The finishes phase is one of the most enjoyable and dynamic. Think textures, finishes, colours – all the big and small decisions that will bring your magnificent luxury home, community hub or apartment to life. As part of our commitment to delivering you with a superior result, we will provide you with the services of an interior designer to make these vital selections.

LEGALS

Depending upon the nature of the project, various state and local government bodies may need to grant approvals and permits. Our clients benefit from our learnings based on extensive delivery of projects and understanding of current regulatory frameworks that must be satisfied in order to meet all required occupancy standards.

THE BUILD

During the construction phase, we maintain the highest level of communication with you. HANDOVER

As the final stage in the process, we organise a handover inspection to ensure that every detail is delivered to your satisfaction.
