During your initial complimentary consultation, you’ll be introduced to our seasoned Design Manager who will assist you in discussing your ideas, needs, budget, and objectives. It’s important to us that you start off with a clear understanding so that you feel assured, enthusiastic, and motivated throughout your entire journey with Varcon Group.

Sketch and Floorplan phase
After you have submitted your deposit, our architect and design team will meet with you to gather a comprehensive brief on your new home needs and wish list.
Subsequently, our architect will start sketching your dream home and present you with a conceptual floor plan. We will also organise a site visit to better understand the location that will soon become your home. A thorough site and planning analysis will be conducted to prepare for the estimated costs of your construction.

Your new home estimate.
We will provide an initial estimate for your project. At this stage, we will also offer suggestions for value management to aid with the design and buildability of your project. Your preliminary estimate will cover everything discussed up to this point.

Documentation
We will now enter into a small works contract and proceed with documentation, including working drawings, engineering, and any client-specific requirements and selections. Once the paperwork is complete, we will move forward with the final pricing of your project.

Colour Consultation
It’s time to select colors. As part of our commitment to outstanding results, we also offer the services of a professional interior designer to advise and assist in making the final decisions. Additionally, we will schedule your appointments with our appliance suppliers.

Contract time
Final documentation, including working drawings, engineering, and other related documents, is presented along with final selections and pricing. After receiving client approval, we move forward by signing a new homes contract and begin the next, most exciting phase of your project.
